Bots & BNCs are back online

Hey,

After 2 days of downtime, bots & BNC are reconnecting! Everything should be up & running again in a couple of minutes (Time for the Bouncers to reconnect to quakenet). I'll edit the news when everything will be online.

Sorry again for the downtime, I promise to pay the server in time for the next month :P
